Reserva de cama de casal, e deram duas de solteiro. Embora com alguma oferta, o pequeno almoço podia ser melhor (qualidade/sabor dos alimentos).

Good value for money. Continental breakfast excededed expectation.

location was good.Near town and shopping malls.

Breafast service was poor

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. We went to Bristol specifically to see the Beryl Cook Exhibition at the Art Gallery. The Receptionist gave us very clear directions to get to the Art Gallery and we found it without any problems. A real bonus was seeing the hundreds of hot air balloons floating through the sky.The hotel was very clean, plenty of tea available for a tea drinker and very comfortable.

It was very complicated to find at first. Once we got the hang of it it was fine.

It was clean and comfortable, food good. The staff very helpful.We were there for my sons wedding. All the family stayed. From my mam 82 to the grandchildren 15, 13 and 7. We all enjoyed our stay. I would recommend it. I wolud go back.

No Bible in the whole inn. I know some pleaces dont put them in to rooms, but I thought I would be able to get one from reception.

Location to event we were attending

The Breakfast was busy, too little staff and poor quality food. Food was cold and not enough of it and we were kept waiting for food as it was replenished quick enough.

Hotel is really nice and Clean just one thing which is the television is not lcd its small 80s television but my intention its not to watch a tv. i went for just weeekend out with my partner i didnt get time to watch tv. so my experiance is excellent.and breakfast is really tasty.

television is really old this is the main thing.

Second bed in the twin room not as good as the main bed

This hotel is very dog friendly, a massive plus for my pooch and I.

everything is always very good, we stop with HI Express twice a year whilst visiting family in the Bristol area.

On this occasion my wife was stuck in the lift with four other people for about 15 minutes, the downside was the emergency button went straight to somewhere in Scotland, You should amend the system so that it connects straight to the Reception for quicker response and reassurance.

Near to where we were visiting

The lift was out of order for sometime and we were on the 3rd floor! The breakfast tables were dirty - we had to clear away dishes. The desk staff were never at the desk although they did appear quickly when needed.

Good location for cribbs causeway for Xmas shopping

The bed was a little hard...could do with some more milk,coffee etc
